Marc began his studies at the University of Nice in 2001, graduating top of his class with a degree in Economics and Finance. He went on to Paris Dauphine, where he obtained a Master's in Finance in 2006. He was then recruited by the Van Der Moolen fund in Amsterdam, where he was trained in Scalping and Day Trading and became their best Junior Trader.

Back in Paris, he founded his own fund — Millésime Fund — focused on Intraday Trading, as well as a training company, Traderformation.com. Between 2008 and 2010 he taught at Paris Dauphine, before joining the Millenium Partners fund in New York. In 2012 he moved to Monaco to lead a team of traders, then settled in Nyon to manage trading for a Swiss family office.

In 2014, he returned to France to found Diamond Trading Academy, inspired by Anglo-Saxon trading academy models. Today, Marc is a trainer and trader at Xeilos Trading Academy.

Today, while the trading profession continues to attract growing interest — driven in part by increasing media coverage — the reality is stark: many aspire to it, but few succeed.

Grégory began his career in 2006, when the market still offered many employment opportunities. He worked for major hedge funds across Europe, progressing profitably within them.

By 2024, the landscape had changed dramatically. For graduates finishing university, for retail investors, and for enthusiasts hoping to become professional traders, the path had become long and nearly inaccessible.

It was for this reason that he decided to give everyone the chance to fulfil their ambition — and themselves. He founded Xeilos Trading Academy, built on the highly developed Anglo-Saxon trading academy models. To succeed, before being a career, trading must be a passion — and everyone deserves to access it easily.
